معركة دمشق (1918)

حدثت معركة دمشق بتاريخ 26 سبتمبر 1918، بين القوات البريطانية والثورة العربية الكبرى وبين الدولة العثمانية والإمبراطورية الألمانية، وحسمت المعركة بانتصار الجيش البريطاني والقوات العربية على العثمانيين وتسليم دمشق لملك الحجاز فيصل الأول بتاريخ 1 أكتوبر 1918 .
