الالتهاب الفقاري المفصلي اللاصق (بالإنجليزية: Spondyloarthropathy)‏ هو التهاب يصاحب أمراض العمود الفقري,[1] وهو يختلف عن مرض اعتلال فقاري الذي يصيب فقرات نفسها .
