جوناثان إسرائيل

جوناثان إسرائيل (ولد 26 يناير 1946) (بالإنجليزية: Jonathan Israel)‏ كاتب ومؤرخ بريطاني مختص في التاريخ اليهودي في عصر النهضة وتاريخ هولندا وتاريخ يهود أوروبا في العصر الحديث. تم تعيين إسرائيل كأستاذ في كلية الدراسات التاريخية في معهد الدراسات المتقدمة في برينستون ، نيوجيرسي ، في يناير 2001. وكان سابقًا أستاذًا في التاريخ الهولندي في كلية لندن الجامعية.
