جلاد انحلال الأشواك الخطي الناكس (بالإنجليزية: Relapsing linear acantholytic dermatosis)‏ هو حالة جلدية تمتاز بتآكل وجلبة ناكسة. يماثل مرض هيلي- هيلي من الناحية التشريحية.[1]:849[2]

يجب تمييزه عن الجلاد الحال للأشواك العابر.
