بورصة نيويورك يورونكست هي شركة خدمات مالية أمريكية-أوروبية متعددة الجنسيات تقوم بتشغيل العديد من بورصات الأسهم، الجدير بالذكر منها: بورصة نيويورك، يورونكست، وبورصة نيويورك آرك.[1][2][3] قامت بورصة نيويورك بالدمج مع بورصة نيويورك آرك، مكونتان مجموعة بورصة نيويورك. في الرابع من نيسان عام 2007، قامت مجموعة بورصة نيويورك بالدمج مع يورونكست، مكونتان أول بورصة عالمية، يقع فرعها الرئيسي في مانهاتن، نيويورك، الولايات المتحدة.
