العضلة الوجنية الكبيرة (بالإنجليزية: Zygomaticus major muscle)‏ هي إحدى عضلات التعبير الوجهِي.[1][2][3]

منشأ العضلة

تنشأ العضلة من العظم الوجني أمام الدرز الوجني الفكي.

مرتكز العضلة

ترتبط العضلة بمادة الشفة العلوية.
