عشق الجنس مع المبتورين أو الأكروتوموفيليا (بالإنجليزية: Acrotomophilia)‏ يشير إلى الانجذاب الجنسي نحو المبتورين أو الذين فقدوا طرف أو أكثر من أطراف جسدهم.[1][2]
