تضيق الشرج (بالإنجليزية: Anal stricture)‏ هو تضيق للقناة الشرجية.[1] يُمكن أن يكون سبب هذا المرض عدد من العمليات الجراحية منها: إزالة البواسير وبعد علاج الثؤلول التناسلي.[2]
