بخار محمص
البخار المحمص (بالإنجليزية: Superheated steam) هو بخار جاف درجة حرارته أعلي من درجة حرارة التشبع المناظرة للضغط الواقع عليه.
ولمعرفة خواصه بواسطة جداول البخار يلزم معرفة خاصيتين مستقلتين مثل الضغط ودرجة الحرارة.[1][2]
