المحكمة الأفريقية لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب (بالإنجليزية:African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights) هي محكمة قارية أسستها الدول الأفريقية لضمان حماية حقوق الإنسان والشعوب في أفريقيا. المحكمة تعزز وظائف اللجنة الأفريقية لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب. [1]
