اضطراب التعلم غير اللفظي

اضطراب التعلم غير اللفظي المعروف أيضا باسم اضطراب التعلم اللاشفهي[1] أو عجز التعلم غير اللفظي هو اضطراب التعلم الذي يتميز بصعوبات في القوى اللفظية وكذلك البصرية-المكانية، والحركية، والمهارات الاجتماعية. في بعض الأحيان يتم الخلط بينه وبين متلازمة أسبرجر أو ارتفاع معدل الذكاء. لم يتم تضمين اضطراب التعلم غير اللفظي أبدا في الدليل التشخيصي والإحصائي للاضطرابات العقلية التابع للرابطة الأمريكية للطب النفسي أو التصنيف الدولي للأمراض لمنظمة الصحة العالمية.

لمحة عامة

يعتبر اضطراب التعلم غير اللفظي مشكلة عصبية،[2][3][4] فضلا عن الصعوبات البصرية المكانية والحركية والاجتماعية.[5][6] الناس الذين يعانون من هذا الاضطراب قد لا يفهمون أحيانا الإشارات غير اللفظية مثل تعبير الوجه أو لهجة الصوت.[7] وكذلك التحديات مع الرياضيات والكتابة اليدوية تكون شائعة.[8]

في حين تم التعرف على مختلف أوجه القصور غير اللفظي من خلال الدراسات المبكرة في علم الأعصاب للأطفال،[9][10][11][12] هناك جدل مستمر حول ما إذا كان / أو مدى توفر إطار تشخيصي صحيح عن طريق المفاهيم القائمة لاضطراب التعلم غير اللفظي.[13][14] كما ورد في الأصل "الإعاقة غير اللفظية" (ص 44) أو "اضطرابات التعلم غير اللفظي" (ص 272) كانت فئة تشمل مشاكل التعلم غير اللغوي (جونسون أند ميكليبوست، 1967).[15] وقد ناقش ميكليبوست في عام 1975 "صعوبات التعلم غير اللفظي" باعتبارها تمثل نوعا فرعيا من صعوبات التعلم مع مجموعة من العروض التي تشمل "المعالجة المعرفية البصرية بشكل رئيسي"، و "الإدراك الاجتماعي"، والفجوة بين القدرة اللفظية العالية وانخفاض معدل الذكاء في الأداء، فضلا عن الصعوبة في الكتابة اليدوية.[16] سعى بايرون روركي[17] في وقت لاحق إلى تطوير معايير متسقة مع نظرية ونموذج عمل الدماغ التي من شأنها أن ترسي اضطراب التعلم غير اللفظي كمتلازمة متميزة (1989).[18] لا تزال هناك أسئلة حول أفضل طريقة لتأطير القضايا الإدراكية والمعرفية والحركية المرتبطة باضطراب التعلم غير اللفظي.[19][20][21]

لا يتضمن الدليل التشخيصي الإحصائي للاضطرابات العقلية (DSM-5) والمراجعة العاشرة للتصنيف الدولي للأمراض (ICD-10) اضطراب التعلم غير اللفظي كتشخيص مرضي.[22][23][24] وقد نوقشت التشخيصات المتنوعة كأعراض مشاركة مع اضطراب التعلم غير اللفظي، وتشمل هذه الظروف تلف النصف الدماغي الأيمن[25][26] ومتلازمة النصف الأيمن التنموي،[27][28][29] وخلل الأداء التنموي،[30][31] ومتلازمة أسبرجر،[32][33][34][35] ومتلازمة جيرستمان[36][36][35] [36]] وغيرها.

تشمل التسميات المتعلقة بقضايا معينة مرتبطة العجز البصري المكاني،[37][38][39] وعسر الحساب،[40][41] وعسر الكتابة،[42][43][44] بالإضافة إلى خلل الأداء التنموي.[45][45][44] [44]][46]

في كتابهم عام 1967 "صعوبات التعلم: المبادئ والممارسات التعليمية"، قام دورس جونسون[47] و هيلمر ر. ميكليبست[48] بوصف كيفية ظهور شخص مع هذه الأنواع من الإعاقات في الفصول الدراسية: "على سبيل المثال الطفل الذي يفشل في معرفة معنى أعمال الآخرين .... نصنف هذا الطفل بأنه يعاني من نقص في الإدراك الاجتماعي، وهذا يعني أن لديه عجزا يحول دون اكتساب أهمية الجوانب الأساسية غير اللفظية من الحياة اليومية، على الرغم من أن المستوى اللفظي من الذكاء يقع ضمن أو فوق المتوسط.
