نزكلة العظام

نزع الكالسيوم من العظام أو نزكلة العظام (بالإنجليزية: Bone decalcification)، هو تليين العظام بسبب إزالة أيونات الكالسيوم، ويمكن إجراؤه كتقنية نسيجية لدراسة العظام واستخراج الحمض النووي.[1][2] تحدث هذه العملية بشكل طبيعي أيضًا أثناء نمو العظام، وعند عدم تثبيتها، يمكن أن تسبب أمراضًا مثل تلين العظام.[3]
