منطقة خالية من الاشعاعات النووية

منطقة خالية من الاشعاعات النووية هي منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية حيث يحظر فيها الأسلحة النووية ومحطات الطاقة النووية.[1]

نبذة

لا تعالج المناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية عادة ولا تحظر المواد الصيدلانية الإشعاعية المستخدمة في الطب النووي[2] رغم أن العديد منها ينتج في مفاعلات نووية.[3] وهي لا تحظر عادة التقنية النووية الأخرى مثل السيكلوترون[4] المستخدم في فيزياء الجسيمات.[5]

أعلنت العديد من الحكومات في جميع أنحاء العالم أنها "خالية من الأسلحة النووية"[6] وأصبحت بالاو أول دولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية في عام 1980.[7]
