مقايسة تراص جسيم اللولبية الشاحبة (اختصارًا اختبار TPPA) هي مُقايسةُ تراصٍ غير مُباشرةٍ تستخدم للكشف ومعايرة الأجسام المضادة للعامل المُسبب للزهري، وهو اللولبية الشاحبة.[1]
