  1. Krajišnik were deducted 3 points due to leaving the pitch in revolt before the end of the game against Krajina.[4][5]
  2. Omladinac decided to leave the competition after the end of round 20 due to abysmal result since the begin of the second half-season. Because of that fact, all games that were already played against them will be registered with the archived result, while all the games that have been left to be played will be registered with an official result of 3–0.[6]
