Eventually, for not having appealed to the sports courts before going top the common courts, Betim was eventually excluded from the Série C, which led Tiradentes-CE, Metropolitano-SC, that had been eliminated in the quarterfinals of the Série D of 2013, and Brasiliense, that had the best performance among the relegated, to claim the spot of Betim in the Série C of 2014.However, STJD chose to give the berth to CRAC, that had the best performance among the relegated of Group B.
